I’ll drive 30+ minutes each way to visit this amazing staff for their smoothies (get the cold brew one), pancakes and everything in between. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the Capital Region, you’ll walk away much happier after your visit.

Liza is very personable. And has a great work ethic she provides a fabulous healthy bowl

Love the looks and the vibes! I’m usually picky with my food but my breakfast was so great from here! Also carry’s CBD products, lunch bags, seasoned oil and many different choices of tea. And did I forget to mention gluten free and vegan!!! I also love all the plants adds a nice touch to it
