They have the loveliest young lady there and nice workers and I am very proud of them they keep cake pops well stocked BRAVO Starbucks !!! Crosstown plaza and Troy Schdnectady Road and Target best Starbucks- niskayuna snotty need to learn from better Starbucks about LOVE and humility and good customer service

Order came in wrong. When I called to talk about it the person on the phone was rude. Not a good place to go. Would not recommend using.

The most important part was they took the Time to get my order right with all my specifications

Way to update people about your new hours. The employees there were rude instead of allowing someone to sit at the drive thru waiting for someone to speak they sat and ate at the register, so I drove up to the window to figure out how come nobody was was attending to me and it was because they were talking and eating at the window by the register SAD. Used to be my favorite place to go.
