Atm is often broke and will not accept deposits... Although this often happens in Cohoes as well...maybe time for newer/different ATMs
On January 2017 went to Latham Cap Com branch to complete used car loan. I was assigned to a rep who was professional, well organized and very pleasant. She took the time to explain all the loan options and helped me complete the loan application. I was at her desk for about 25 min. She called me the next day with great news that my loan was approved.nKeep up the great work!
Girls who work in the drive through are always miserable??? Why?? It’s so uncomfortable being made uncomfortable to do your banking?
They have been very helpful with financial services. Id recommend this location.
My husband has banked here for years. We have several accounts with them. Every time we go in there are new tellers, most who should not be working on their own. Many mistakes have been made and usually at his expense. All of sudden there are new rules however they are not the same rules the bank manager ,who was very rude btw, said last week. Guess they could care less re their customers. Like everything else it is about the dollar not the customer. Sad...
