They have an amazing team. Plus, they are so sweet when I come in!! They help me a lot with all the questions that i have for them. When I forget how to do it they do it for me. While showing me how to do it!!
This bank is the best! All of the employees have gone above and beyond their job titles. Any time I needed help or had a question they were there with an answer while not making me feel silly for asking! I highly suggest this location!!
First of all banks are banks.but the people in Waterford pioneer are extremely nice..Linda is my go to girl ,and julie is especially nice..beautiful too..
I pulled a 20 out of the ATM, went inside and asked for a roll of quarters. Was told by the petite blonde teller that I had to provide proof that I bank here before she could give them to me. A few weeks later my boyfriend went in and requested a roll of quarters from the same teller, who have them to him, no questions asked. Completely baffling and unprofessional.
