By far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a financial institution. The loan officer I dealt with was insulting and rude. She made the process difficult from the very beginning. I reached out to the management who were also defensive and rude.nnNeedless to say I will never do business with CAP COM again!

Friendly staff. Outside grounds are well maintained. Usually quick lines.

Huge difference from other banks. Smiling, really caring people. I'm never banking anywhere else.

Capcom is by far my favorite bank/credit union I've used. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Services are readily available and tje app works great
