Little Italy

Lost a long term customer today when refused to sell 3 garlic knots as opposed to a whole order of 6 as I am one person. Too many other places to chose from to play these games. Also*** please tell your teenage delivery driver by w the shorts on to put the mask over his nose. ***Pizza Mia not only honored my request, but we're also a dollar cheaper in both items I had planned on ordering** As a restaurant worker all I can say is DO BETTER...

We met with friends at this place for lunch. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very nice. The staff were very polite and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was tasty. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Last night we ordered for delivery at 430, I was told 1 hour until it would be delivered (no big deal) we waited an hour and a half (600) and decided to call again, they told me it was on its way. ( we only live 8 min from the restaurant) Continued waiting, at 645 I decided to call again (it’s been over 2 hours) again told me it was on my way, now a little annoyed I asked if the food would be cold, she said no because it was in a warm bag. Our food didn’t get there until 7pm (2.5 hours after it was ordered). The cold was literally cold to the touch. I called because waiting 2.5 hours for cold food isn’t acceptable, asked for a refund or something. They told me the only way to get a refund was if they send the driver back and take back the food! This was our meal for tonight! We ended up keeping it because we didn’t have anything else planned. So disappointed. They were very rude on the phone. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this was by far my worst experience with delivery’s.

This was our first time ordering from Little Italy’s and we will be definitely ordering again. Food arrived hot, the delivery woman was very friendly, and the food is delicious. You can expect a monthly order from us in the future

Usually everything is just fine... order from here 2-3 times a month... this time I order took almost 2 hours to get my food... when it finally got here the pizza was cold and crust was hard... burger and fries were soggy... called to speak to a manager and was told no one was there to help me... then was told just don’t order from here again... guess that’s how you treat a repeat customer
