CrossFit WcG

I am new to Cross Fit and the coaches have made me feel right at home. The atmosphere is amazing ,and workouts are designed for my fitness level with personal attention from the coaches whenever needed. I look forward to my next class! Thanks Bill and Michelle and the welcoming WcG Family!

This is a great atmosphere with great coaches, great workout partners and great friends. You will go here with the intention to work out and you will enjoy it. You will also walk out with a group of friends that you are happy to call extended family. Everyone excercises at their own comfort level and the coaches make sure that you do the movements properly and grow. There is a real Team feeling here and everyone encourages one another.

CrossFit WCG is a world-class CrossFit gym. Great atmosphere for everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes. The staff at WCG is incredible; all of the coaches go above and beyond to make sure your CrossFit experience is top-notch. The community that makes up the members is so inviting and supportive it really is remarkable. If you are on the fence about CrossFit or just looking for a new gym, I would highly recommend stopping by and trying a foundations class or just having a chat with some of the staff/members. You wont regret it!

Great place to get a great work out!

Such a great group of coaches and athletes! They are all supportive while gently pushing me out of my comfort zone. I'm so glad I found this place--they've changed my life!
