This was my worst visit ever. Waited 15 minutes just to get a shake. There was 2 making them. As one young man was making 7 shakes another lady I am assuming is the shift lead after she served 4 teenagers and as I walked up to place wanted I needed she walked away. Didn’t say I be with you in a minute or anything. Walked away started stocking. Ignoring me. There was at least 15 people behind me. Way to many for one young man to do. As soon as the young man took my request the shift lady than served the teenagers. There was 3 employees in total. I did not leave happy. I was very unsatisfied at this location. Please adjust these issues. Sad when I get better service out of state.

They don’t care about safety. Counted 5 customers in the store without masks and the employees always refuse to wear there’s.

Red haired lady making shakes doesn’t know how to make a chocolate shake. She used Chocolate syrup instead of chocolate milk. I couldn’t even drink it. I went back inside and told her about it. I asked her if she used chocolate syrup in it. She replied yes. I said it is to strong of a chocolate taste. She started making a new one with white milk and chocolate ice cream. I told her I wanted a regular chocolate shake with vanilla ice cream and UDF chocolate milk.

UDF has been a family favorite every since I had small children. Naturally they love the great ice cream and shakes. I personally stop there pretty much for the gas and the gas points! Although they have a pretty good selection of products ranging from light automotive to great snacks and including a fair enough grocery selection that you probably could make a meal if you didn't want to hit the grocery store. Clean store and friendly service! As Always, Enjoy!
