I have been a member at NBD for a few months now and it's honestly the first gym that I've really felt comfortable going to in a long time. I went from struggling to come in once or twice a week to 3 to 4 times a week. I am not perfect by any means but Everyone is really nice and supportive. I have personal training twice a week with Kevin and he is wonderful. He challenges me and encourages me every step of the way. For someone who has personally struggled with weight for most of my life, I have seen such a difference in me since joining. I am looking forward to seeing how much more I progress!

Great gym! The layout is fun, the turf is great for hiit training. Signed up with their nutritionist Victoria S., down 5 pounds in one month with an increase in strength and power. Highly recommend this place and their staff for your fitness goals.

This place is great. I feel very comfortable. My trainer Kevin is AMAZING. He really listens to my strengths and weakness and adjusts my workouts accordingly. I wasn’t sure I was going to renew my personal training sessions but after meeting and working out with Kevin I feel like I can achieve my goals. I recommend NBD but even more I recommend you ask for Kevin as your trainer.

I came across NBD fitness, and it has been nothing but positive emotions. My personal trainer Brandon isn’t your typical, loud or aggressive trainer. He’s subtle, yet so effective getting his point across. Although, I couldn’t fully commit to working with him; due to my work schedule interfering and it being in a further location. I haven to say he is truly phenomenal. Despite not being able to fulfill my workouts with Brandon, he suggested a nutritionist to help me on my path, to becoming healthier again. With covid and everything going on with the pandemic, I’ve gained a significant amount of weight. I must say I was extremely apprehensive at first, having to speak to an expert on health and nutrition; due to my insecurities of putting on unwanted pounds. I have worked and have spoken to nutritionists in my past experiences, and Victoria is nowhere near someone intimidating or judgmental. She makes me feel extremely comfortable, and so flexible in allowing me to voice out certain foods that do not work well with my body. For a nutritionist to adhere to my concerns, and adapting to what I am wanting has made this journey so much easier to say the least. Victoria is great! Is so easy to talk to, and has been nothing but encouraging, uplifting and so communicative and open in customizing my meal plans for me, to making this journey more enjoyable ud83dude00ud83dude00ud83dude00

Denise and Jennifer both give high energy well structured classes. They change the class every few weeks to provide us change and challenge. The whole gym is very clean. I highly recommend NBD.
