Love the pearls! Sweet and “al dente”! Love that you can adjust sugar and ice levels.nnStaff is not friendly. That’s my one real complaint. But I’m willing to put up with the unfriendliness for awesome pearls!nnThe other may be the menu could be displayed closer. Difficult to see/read items and by the time you get to cashier to order it takes a while to decide and that delays the process. They should have menu to view while waiting.

Nice selection. Good flavors. Just wish the hot teas were hotter. A few times it’s been warm, but not hot. But I love the tea, so it’s a minimal issue. I keep coming back for more.

I love Gong Cha. But unfortunately in all my 4 visits to this branch in Millburn, they always fill my drink with ice almost up to the brim even though I order my drink with regular ice. It is really disappointing specially when you crave for a good tea. Best boba tea around. The pearls are always chewy and soft. However, sometimes drinks taste a little inconsistent but still very good!

Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. 30% Sugar, 50% Ice. Really Nice
