ordered for the 1st time yesterday. I'm allergic to shellfish and requested my dinner be in a separate bag. when the order arrived they were not, i called the restaurant and received instant apologies. Not only did they replace my meal, they also sent us an entire new order plus dessert on the house.nThe food was excellent and customer service was above and beyond. i cannot wait to try other menu items.nMore businesses need to use them as an example of what customer service is all about.nThank you for going above and beyond when there was an issue.

I come from Chicago that is known for delicious dishes and I definitely recommend this restaurant!! Best BBQ in Cranford town! Not just the food is amazing with good price and restaurant very clean but the customer service is great ud83dudc4dud83cudffb. Harvey is always very attentive with the customers which makes the restaurant a 5 star place. My entire family and friends come here. Keep up the awesomeness.
