F45 Training Cranford

I recently started working out at F45 and I really love the setup. F45 is functional fun fitness!nAll the coaches I have met have been so helpful and inspiring. If you are looking for great group classes that will get you results, then looknno further.nIf you are wondering about their protocol. They took my temperature right at the door. Overall, they have excellent safety measures in place when it comes to Covid.

I can say that since beginning my journey with F45, I wouldn’t look back! Working out has no longer become a tedious chore to mark off a to-do list, but instead has become something I’ve grown to enjoy and constantly look forward to. It’s refreshing to be apart of not just a community, but a team of people who motivate one another, cheer each other on, and celebrate each other’s successes. This is a top notch franchise that gets you pumped to work out. Workouts are fun and I guarantee you will be in the best shape of your life. You workout as a team and are continuously motivated by the fantastic trainers and the rest of your classmates. In addition, this is one of the best run businesses that I have ever encountered. 5 stars all day long.

I started going to F45 in July 2020 when I could no longer take doing at-home workouts by myself. I was really happy with F45 from day one. The owners are extremely professional, friendly & super upbeat. So are all of the coaches. I like that there is no crazy membership agreement as well... I needed to cancel last minute (recently) and they allowed me to do so with zero extra payments or penalty. They even gave me one extra day on my membership just to be nice. F45 also takes covid very seriously. Everyone maintains social distance while doing the outdoor workouts. And if you need to go into the studio you must have a mask on. They sanitize any weights that may have been used. I especially love the Saturday Hollywood workouts, they're an hour instead of 45 min... major calorie burn. I will definitely be back!

F45 is the best part of my day! I look forward to working out every morning. The classes are fun and challenging and for any fitness level. Make sure to try it out and I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
