During this time where we are all quarantined, I just want to say that I am so grateful for my Gamechanger family for keeping me sane and fit!! The schedule is so convenient (for a busy working mom such as myself). The coaches are awesome and they are always rolling new and innovative programs that keeps you constantly engaged!! Highly Highly recommend. Thank you my GC family!

I really love this place. All the trainers make it fun. I had never been heavier in my life when I joined Game Changer for this Fitness Challenge. I have NEVER felt judged about my size there. I have serious knee, almost bone on bone, issues. I'm trying to put off knee replacements as long as possible. The small group training works the best for me because the trainers make adjustments in the exercises so I don't injure my knees further. My knees feel SO much better and are stronger today then they were 4 weeks ago.nI also am more than a little competitive, give me a challenge and I'm going to take it.nHere's to a new outlook and stronger and healthier lifestyle.nThank you to ALL the trainers. You guys ROCK!

Our Team Fitness is the perfect place to get back into shape. They find the sweet spot to get each individual’s best results. I feel amazing every time I leave!

I’ve tried many other gyms and was not getting the results I wanted. With the experience of other gyms, I knew what I needed. Game changers has given me the start of the results I wanted. I feel stronger, more confident and now enjoy going to the gym. When I am there the staff makes me feel so welcome, challenges me and takes the time to teach or explain the exercise if I am not doing it correctly. I highly recommend this place.
