The store manager has a horrible attitude and customer service. We were missing an item. (I think I may be the person the prior review refers to.) We noticed before even pulling away from the store. We immediately pull in through the drive thru again and let them know at the speaker box. We were ignored. We pull up to the first window the cashier tells us to pull up to second window. There was the store manager and another employee. She insisted she remembered the order and there are two boxes in our bag. We agree, yes one box for a sandwich and one box for the 10 piece chicken nuggets (and the spicy chicken nuggets are in a baggie) but we’re missing another order of 6 piece chicken nuggets. They begin speaking Spanish to each other... and so do I. You are not about to speak another language in front of my husband (he was in the drivers seat) thinking he doesn’t understand. I spoke Spanish to them from the passenger side of the car. Once they saw I spoke Spanish they switched back to English. She said if we want another order we have to pay. But we did pay for the item and were missing it. She asks for me to pass the two bags back to her through the drive thru window (are you serious?) I tell her I’d be coming inside. As soon as I go in with my two bags she riffles through one... and realizes our order of 6 piece chicken nuggets was never put in our bag and they are still sitting at the prep table. She doesn’t say one word to me. Just puts the nuggets in my bag and walks away. An apology would have been great. People make mistakes and this mistake was very easy to fix. But I guess the $2.39 for the chicken nuggets gets taken from her pay check? I’ve had a problem with the same manager but nothing as chaotic as her horrific attitude on 2/20/21. Also our order was wrong we ordered TWO 6 piece spicy chicken nuggets and the cashier rung up one spicy and one regular. Do better. And if the manger would like to arrange for me to explain this to her in her native language I’d be more than happy to.

This spot provides first-rate service as well as enjoyable menu. One of the best restaurant around town. The food and drinks came out rapidly and the rates are reasonable. I recommend this place.

One of the store managers has horrible customer service. A customer from drive thru came in because she was missing an item. Manager never apologized nore gave any contact to customer. Just through food in the bag and walked away. Now when its time to get my order....same exact manager just threw my bag on counter and walked away to do something else. Never gave any eye contact.....never said your order ready. Then she gave me fries that were cold. First impression are important
