The front desk girl was not even wearing a mask although it was mandated that everyone wear one. The barbells are 40 years old easily and the rubber plates that state 45lb are definitely not that weight! Little wiggle room between the squat rack and the bench press. All of the plates on the squat rack were all out of place with no order....

They don’t answer the phone ever, even if ur calling to buy a membership. Lazy.

Location is the only good thing. Staff and cleanliness needs work. As a paid member in good standing they lock you out if you forget your card!?

I renewed my membership, go the next day and the scan to get into the gym doesn't work. This is the second time this has happened and is a waste of my time and effort. Employees are disorganized and do not know how to operate their own system. Also the faculty is less than helpful when you try to call or ask questions, not answering repeated calls during operating hours. Down right disorganized. You can tell because they still haven't changed their location online..
