Horrible Administration past and new Presidents don’t do a thing or care about Property owners. Will be looking place else !

Awesome place but gets a bad rap due to the Administration, the way they are running it is beyond unbelievable.

I am not sure what to say.nCamp sites one on top of the other.nVery run down. I wondered why very few sites are shown. Very hilly with narrow in need of maintence roads. Lots of run down of fallen down campers. Looked more like a camper junk yard then a campsite. Not sure why the Association does not mandate the campers that are rotting be removed. It was litterly junk from one site flowing into the next.nnWhat a shame to let such a beautiful property fall turn into such an eye sore.

Place is wonderful, but all reviews are from people that visited. Not that they own trailers. The maintenance fee goes up every year. I’m paying more than a mortgage in a house. They have late fees and they applied and then they cut if your water which to reinstall is a $75.00 charge. If we have late fees why you cut off also our water so you can charge another fee. I feel they are trying to get rid of us. Last year we had major water problem. This should not have happened if they would maintenance the tubes. That’s they duty since we pay a lot for maintenance. Why wait till it’s a big problem and then we owners are the one that pay for it. Are you keeping up with maintenance? It’s just not fair. Also they’re not supposed to be living people in camp. But I’ve have seen kids still left by school bus in front of camp site walking in. So are these rules only for some people? Why? I just try to avoid going to office. Not my cup of tea.

The main office for a relatively nice permanent trailer compound. The sites tend to be group very close together. Though the setting in nature was wonderful. They have lovely lake with a beach. And to nice but smaller pools. The people in the office are not the most helpful. There is a small store here that has some convenience store style Goods. And then ice cream chest. There tends to be one person working here so you might have to wait a while.
