Been trying to call and order and someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. Wanted to give them another try because last time was so so.
Hot Wok was an amazing choice for our recent non traditional graduation celebration. The food was, as always, very good and the manner in which the take out was packaged, it was still HOT ½ hour after pickup. Our guests loved it! Great service, great price. Easiest event I’ve ever hosted. I will definitely use their party tray option in the future.
Rice was to over cooked (mushy). Almost tasted like it was cooked a few times as if they are trying to save money. Their fried rice is lacking other vegetable varieties and they put about a 1/4 of a onion in it in my serving. I will stick with my usual china star and wok & roll.
The friendliest and most wonderful staff with delicious food! Great flavors!nCustomer service is fantastic! Today I was invited to have lunch at my daughter’s school with her. She really wanted me to bring her Chinese food! I had to be at her school at 10:45 with the lunch, but all the Chinese restaurants in the area only opens at 11am. To my absolute delight Hot Wok opens at 10:30! I took at chance and phoned them at 10:16; they answered and had my food ready at 10:30!!! Now that to me is outstanding!!!!
Well since covid19, the world is slowly getting back on track and this is a perfect place for a good mealnLarge portions. And extremely good food
