Elizabeth has the magic touch hands! You will enter a different world during the massage! Very relaxing as your troubles and stress just melt away when you are done. Soothing lotions and oils infused with therapeutic grade essential oils heighten the senses. A very experienced masseuse who feels and knows the human body, can’t wait for my next massage!

I attend twice weekly meditation sessions led by Elizabeth Bell at White Oak Center. White Oak provides a perfect environment for the calm comfort I need to feel safe and centered in meditation. Elizabeth is a skillful leader and is passionate in her instruction in the art of mindfulness. Over the two years I've been practicing I've experienced a noticeable decrease in stress and an increase in the ability to focus. In short, meditation with Elizabeth at White Oak Center has made my life better.
