Tim Dahle Ford

I live in Orem, but I have had bad experiences with my local dealerships. Therefore, I drive to Spanish Fork, and I will continue to do so because of the excellent service. Their service department is always helpful and courteous. An appointment here does mean you get in promptly at the appointed time, in contrast to other dealerships. The service team makes me feel like a valued customer. They provide good service at fair prices. Very pleased and would recommend.

We needed a new van quick as our family's had been destroyed in an accident. With a family of 7, we went to Tim Dahle Ford and ended up working with a guy named Sean Hendricks who was refreshingly honest and upfront about what we should expect. I usually dislike shopping for cars as it always seems to end up in a mind-game with me trying to figure out how the sales rep is bending the truth. Sean didn't play that game at all, and within a day we ended up with a great deal on a used vehicle that suited our needs perfectly at a price we could afford. I feel Sean went above his particular call of duty in our case, and really helped us out of a bind.

My son and I had a great experience test driving and buying a used car at Tim Dahle Ford today with Benny Benson. Benny is the type of sales guy I always hope to get when I walk into a dealership: no pressure, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to talk to. We really appreciated how he was upfront about what the purchase process would entail, too. I'd definitely work with Benny again. 5 stars!

I’m actually quite shocked how we were treated at this dealership. We’ve purchased at least 5 cars from dealerships in the past and have never been treated as badly as we were at Tim Dahle. First, we find a car online (KSL) that we came to look at. We took it for a drive and we liked it however it had been in an accident so we decided we needed to think about it before we decided to commit. Later that day, we decided to come back to purchase the car. First, my husband tells the sales guy that he would like to put down 10k on the car. The sales guy proceeds to tell them that if we do that, they won’t make any money on the car so we have to finance it or else they will raise the price by 3k. Okay then, we will finance it and then refinance it. Then the sales guy proceeds to tell him we can’t refinance it for 6 months (not true). So whatever, we will finance the car. So they proceed with the process. Then as my husband is looking at the breakdown of the charges, my husband notices gap insurance and a warranty on top of their “Tim Dahle” warranty. My husband tells them that he doesn’t want either of those and they tell him he has no choice. Um we’ve never purchased gap insurance on our cars so yes we do have a choice. They proceeded to tell him if he doesn’t purchase the insurance and warranties that they will raise the price by 3k. He goes back and forth with them and tells them he refuses to pay for those extras. So they tell him they will not sell him the car then. They straight up LIE to get you in there and like a car only to do whatever it takes to get the prices much much higher than what they advertise. They do not have your best interest in mind. The car we tried to purchase was already at the high end of Kelly Blue Book AND had been in a moderate accident yet they still wanted to squeeze 3k more out of us. But ya know, it ended fine because we ended up getting an upgraded model of the same vehicle that hadn’t been in an accident, from Salt Lake Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (with awesome sales guys and managers) for the same deal that Tim Dahle supposedly was going to sell theirs for. It worked out in the end for us but caused a lot of headaches. So I’m writing this review to save others from those headaches and I’ll be sure to warn everyone I know to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I highly recommend the crew at Tim Dahle Ford truck center. Chris Sanchez was awesome as were all the other folks that took the time to help us find our new vehicle. They were helpful, low pressure and didn’t try to tell us what we wanted. They listened to what we were trying to accomplish and helped us find the right vehicle, financing and options. It’s worth the drive.
