Ordered for the first time today, honestly never again.. we ordered Orange and Sesame chicken, the pieces of chicken were so small that we couldn’t taste any meat, it was just breading and sauce. The orange sauce was way too sweet, the Sesame was okay but again, couldn’t taste any chicken. Also we ordered Large but the portions were very small. The Beef with pepper and onion had very little meat and was just okay. My brother got the Sweet and Sour chicken and they gave the sauce in a syrup size container, it wasn’t enough.. when I called to complain, the manager said he would talk to the chef; he called back saying they can’t change anything and they didn’t give me any refund for the food... truly disappointed in this place ud83dude1e

From the first moment you step in that place they give you an enjoyable feeling. Very friendly crew, it is a lovely restaurant to pass time with friends or with your date. enjoyable food, creative chef, good cost and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

Worst customer service ever! I called an hour before they closed and the lady said they are open and will accept orders and once I got to the door they closed their doors on us in the most rude manner that I have ever experienced. No curtesy whatsoever. I had driven an hour to get to them only to be turned away without even a proper response. The lady denied that she said they were open for another hour and said oh today we close early while she had just told me they close in a hour. Had she not said that, I won’t have driven all the way only to be turned away in the most non-courteous, rude manner. No sorry, no excuse just simply denied. Shocked on how people think they can run a business with that attitude.

Dishonest and deceptive people work here. I called last night at 10:10pm asking if they would allow me to order some bubble tea at 10:45pm and the woman that answered the phone said sure no problem. I even asked what time they closed and they said 11pm. My family and I quickly jumped in the car and we were on the road by 10:15pm, with an estimated arrival time of 10:40pm. On the way we tried to call in our order early, at 10:35pm, and they had already turned on their answering service and we couldn’t order online anymore either. We pulled up to the restaurant at 10:40pm and saw three employees standing outside. As we rolled down our windows they turned around and avoided eye contact quickly closing their metal shutters and saying “we’re closed”. I explained from my window that I just spoke to you on the phone and you said I could order at 10:45pm and you turned your answering service on. She looked at me and blatantly lied and said, “no I said 10:40pm” and I said no I had you on speakerphone and you’re lying. She looked at me with a blank expression and provided no response at all. All three employees just awkwardly walked away without acknowledging us and closed up the store. If she had just been honest and said we’re going to close early today I wouldn’t have driven so far with my family to get bubble tea from them. My whole family was so shocked at their disrespect and blatant lies. After a few minutes of google searching “bubble tea near me” we called Chimi Burgers in Passaic to ask if they would be willing to take an order for 4 bubble teas this late (it was already 10:53pm by this time and they were closing at 11pm too) and they gladly accepted and even waited 7 minutes past their closing time to allow me to drive there and get my order. Clearly the people that work here have no clue how to run a business. I will never ever ever order anything from here and will share my incredibly negative experience will all my friends and family. ADIOS Hola Haram!
