I love this studio! The classes are small enough to feel intimate and personal.nEvery instructor is willing to give modifications to make every pose comfortable and accessible for you.nThe studio is clean, warm and friendly.

Today was my first time Yoga at all and Alyssa at YogaCentric made me feel very comfortable. I was able to relax and let go of my stress without feeling concerned about how I looked. I would definitely recommend YogaCentric to my friends and family and I will definitely be going back.

Amazing class for beginners. It's only my second class. I have really no yoga background and I'm definitely coming back for more. They help you adjust the poses so you can do it at your own level.

YogaCentric is awesome !!!! It’s wonderful for beginners. They take their time with you and there is no hard sell to buy packages. The yogis are so nice and they remind you to listen to your body. I can’t say enough about this place. I absolutely love it!!!
