CKO Kickboxing

A year ago I bought a groupon for CKO Clifton...and I've been hooked ever since! If you're looking for a total body workout that challenges you and is super fun, this is the place! You can tell that all of the instructors love their job since they always bring a new challenge to class and keep you motivated. Even the members are friendly and supportive.nThe gym has always been clean. Now post Covid, the gym takes even more precautions on keeping the gym sanitized in between classes, keeping members socially distanced and checking temperatures.nI highly recommend this gym!

Back in January I promised myself I would focus more on my health. I took a chance on a friend’s recommendation to try CKO in Clifton. At first I was worried it wouldn’t be for me (like other gyms that I’ve been a part of) but I was instantly hooked and felt accepted. The energy in the classes is something I can’t really explain. Almost like I can’t let myself down which is something I’ve never felt before. The trainers are always in the best mood, rain or shine. Very friendly staff and you always feel welcomed. Not only do I feel stronger but I’ve already seen results. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been coming to CKO for over a year and since day one, I was immediately welcomed to the family. With constant attendance mixed with the great classes that they offer, I've lost a total of 30 pounds - and it's staying off! Even during COVID times, they take great care of cleaning the place. I highly recommend joining this gym, you won't regret it!

Cko Clifton has been a life saver for me. It’s a place where I can go and clear my mind after every work out. The instructors are amazing. They are energetic and always try to push you to complete your goal. I highly recommend!!!

This is a great workout, I bought a groupon deal for unlimited classes and it was so worth it. The instructors and staff are very friendly and guide you through the process. I cant wait to go back!
