I brought a nearly new tire in with a screw near the sidewall, they said they'd check it out and repair if possible. It took longer than they originally estimated, but nonetheless they were able to fix it. I was so happy it could be patched, I wasn't at all worried about the extra time. I went up to pay and Kurt said no charge since I made you wait and Merry Christmas. Totally blown away. Very happy customer, thanks Rocky's!
I am so happy that I took my car to Rocky's! They are professional, personable and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I purchased four new tires and they had me in and out in about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost. I highly recommend Rocky's, take your car to them and you will not regret it. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!
I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for and Rocky himself walked out to look at my car to make sure it was right just to be safe. I showed him a picture of the rims I liked and he found the same style in a different brand that’s more reliable and had better reviews from customers. These guys were great! They worked hard to get me fit in to do an inspection on the car I’m looking into buying. They were honest and upfront about the issues that they found and had reasonable pricing for repairs. Friendly, and willing to work with you!
