All My Sons Moving & Storage

I called the company yesterday. Was interested in moving a new treadmill from the garage into the basement due to the size and weight. I called this company and asked for a quote. The gentleman said it will be a $350 flat fee. My first response was woah that's kind of steep. He said well that includes assembly of the item , and the move of the treadmill. I said well that's reasonable. I told him I had no idea you guys put together items, i thought you were just a moving company. He said no we take apart items and put them together all the time. So without hesitation i thought this sounded very reasonable. The movers promptly got to my house, moved the treadmill downstairs quickly i would say 5 minutes. Then the movers said they were all finished. I said you guys still have to put the item together? They said that don't put them together. I said well I appreciate your guys fast movement for the item, but i just paid $350 for a service that wasn't fulfilled. So I went ahead and waited until the next morning to call the office. The response i got was I'm sorry , the call center gentleman must need some additional training. I asked so i feel cheated, and the job that he promised me was not completed. All i got was i apologize sir, and the female said she couldn't do anything for me. As i know mistakes happen, this mistake cost me a lot of money. I took the first quote, because i thought it was fair. I ended up paying $350 for a 5 minute move , and now I have to find a separate company to pay to put it together. I was ripped off, and the only one that has to pay for it is me the customer.

Hired a packing crew then the movers came the next day to move us. The packing crew was great. Very professional even brought an extra guy to help get the job done quicker. Packed everything carefully but were quick as well. Robbie was managing the crew and he was extremely knowledgeably and informative about the process. I requested the same crew to move us the next day. Would definitely recommend this company.

Tyler White and his team did an absolutely incredible job moving us. They were helpful, happy, and positive during a stressful day no one looks forward to. They kept the mood light and kept moving CONSTANTLY getting boxes and items moved carefully and quickly. I’ve moved 5 times in Cincinnati and this is The best moving experience we have had. 10/10 Thanks again guys! Great service and representatives of your company. The office staff was great with their communications and checked in during the move to ensure everything was going well. Highly. Highly recommended these guys.

What a wonderful crew of individuals! Xavier, E, and Baby D were timely and professional upon arrival. They were also cautious and careful with all of my furniture and personal belongings. This was my second successful move with All My Sons too. Will definitely use and recommend them again in the future!

Brian was extremely organized and efficient which was critical considering the size of some of the pieces we requested they move. Upon the arrival to our final destination he assessed the areas and appropriately created a plan to ensure the most stress free move I’ve even been through! I applaud the hustle and determination the two guys showed!! I was extremely happy when they concluded the job and he surprised me with an ahead of schedule finish which resulted in a partial refund!! Excellent work!!
