Buonocore's Brick Oven Pizza

Really good pizza, only offering personal pies though. I would put three and a half stars for lack of people wearing mask but the pizza is just that good. Please if you work in the food industry, wear a mask for the love of everything good. It's not that hard, I mean I wear my mask so much that I wear it even when I'm riding my bike. Which is not really necessary but I do it anyway just to safe and trust me it's annoying.

We want to start by saying we absolutely LOVE this guys food, the authenticity, taste and presentation of their pizzas is awesome. It is hands down the best pizza in the area.nnStaff can be overwhelmed sometimes but I guess is due to their high constant traffic, but overall the food is great and the turnaround time is fairly fast.

The staff is warm and friendly here and the food tastes awesome. Just wish half- portions were available so I could finish the delicious penne bolognese I ordered in one sitting. A roaring brick oven sets the ambience perfectly and i look forward to enjoying a pizza here in the future. Also love the log stacks for the oven - really quaint and authentic. The bolognese sauce is rich and great for scooping up with the bread roll. I plan to bring my mother here one day to experience a real Italian bistro right here in our town.

Pizza was good, staff were very nice, prices were way too high IMO. Two pies, which were small personal sized, topped with meats (sausage, meatballs, bacon) cost $12. Request to use fresh mozzarella added $4, bringing the total over $30! Not likely to go out of my way, but WOULD recommend to anyone who was in the area or didn't care about a few dollars extra for good pie.
