I went out on a dirt road in a small sedan and hit some rocks a little hard. My tire pressure sensor showed a low tire, so I stopped at the first tire shop we passed to get some air before driving home. The staff and techs here were very quick and very happy to help free of charge. Great service for someone who wasn't even a paying customer. That goes a long way in making a customer out of me!

I love Big O Tires in Spanish Fork! While driving around town I picked up a nail in my tire and the tire needed to be replaced. When I came in for my appointment to Big O Tires, my new tire hadn’t arrived yet and the truck with the tires on it was still in Provo unloading tires there. Without hesitation Josh jumped in his own vehicle to drive to Provo to personally pick up my tire! They are amazing at the Spanish Fork location! Thanks for the quick and thoughtful service! They have my business for life! And the cherry on the top, Josh sold me the awesome Big O warranty on my original set of tires, so it didn’t cost a thing to get it replaced! Thanks for everything!

Needed 6 trailer tires. Contacted the dealer at 9pm. I was told he had 6 tires I needed in stock. Was told he'd open up at 7am for me. They were there at 7 am waiting for me. Installed all 6 tires incoming. Pricing was more than fair. Excellent service and value. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Spanish Fork Big O will be my tire shop from now on. Newt was a big help in posting some trailer tires and a spare tire for me. He would run them to the machine and back out faster than I could get the tires out of the truck. A big shout-out to the crew they have there.
