Got a Charlie with cold foam vanilla and cinnamon and it was great! 10/10 gonna get again

Please do NOT come to this location. Every time I order on the DD app and pick up in the store, it’s always “We don’t have that” and I end up waiting for something that I didn’t want because my items are unavailable. They just aren’t friendly and acts as if it’s MY FAULT they never have anything in this store that’s on the DD menu. Also, the coffee is ALWAYS burned. I’ve been here three times because it’s convenient, but never again. You’re better off just going to the one on Route 3. 590 Route 3 West in Clifton. This location needs to be shut down. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

This is an OKAY Dunkin but problem is understaffing. I came in there were 3 workers total. One guy making the food one fixing coffee and one taking orders. That’s not enough staff for the amount of people standing in line. This poor guy making the food fast as he can. That lowers the quality of the product. And because of this the customer suffers from long waiting times and the workers suffer from being overwhelmed.
