Dunkin'

Go to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Main st. or on broadway. This is by far one of the worst restaurants I’ve been in. They need to change the employees or else it’s gonna go outta business soon.

Do not go here , dirty and unclean

Very bad experience with the employees. I asked for a take away order and I had to wait ten minutes for my order. I told him my order and an employee began to speak rudely to me. They have to change employees

Worst customer service, refused to disclose his name, was bickering over the fact that our iced lattes was made extremely sweet, when we politely asked for them to be changed.

Between meetings stopped here to grab a coffee. My first impression is that it’s a neighborhood hang out spot because people who were not eating or drinking were just posted up having conversations and taking up space that paying customers needed. When I approached the counter both young people working there were on their cell phones. I was not greeted. In fact the young girl looked at me and then walked away into the back. The guy kept his head down into his phone screen and I had to announce myself to get his attention. Customer service is poor here. Coffee was average. I doubt I’d return.
