The place take WAYYYYY too long for an order. I was there for like 30 minutes waiting for a mangu, what kind of service is that? You go to any other Dominican places and it’s almost instant. The girl in the front had the worst attitude ever. It was my first and last time!

The only reason to go here is for convenience. I always give this place another chance after telling myself that i won’t and time and time again they continue to disappoint. For one its very hard placing an order over the phone. Every single time i call to place an order either no one picks up and i’d have to call back multiple times or when they do pick up im being placed on hold a million times. When you do place your order they will tell you 15 minutes when im reality it will really be 30-45 minutes for 1 empanada. My food is NEVER ready when i go pick it up. The food is ok but im all about customer service and its always an issue with customer service so that why i chose to give it 3 stars.

(Avocado sandwich with fries) Sandwich itself was good, disappointed with the amount of fries they give you. (Small brown stapled bag of fries ????)No thanks. Please do better if you are going advertise a sandwich with fries, I'm expecting a decent amount of fries.

My husband order a mangu he call way before to get to the restaurant when he get there they just took the order ud83eudd2f seriosly Cafecito is a really good place to eat but when the OWNER is not there who ever is in charge doesn't know how to run the place ud83dude2bud83dude2bnnAlso the empanadas are delicious but you guys charge way too much ud83dude33

Health hazard and bad customer service. First, the cook doesn’t wear gloves. I saw her fry my empanadas, I saw it fall and she picked it up with her bare hands and put it in the bag. I told the cashier and she asked the cook in front of me and she denied it. I saw her. Then she said “my hands are clean?!” I then got tag teamed and yelled. This happened last year but wanted to write my review.
