You have to dig through the FAQs on their website to see, but I set up an appointment online for a seasonal tire swap and was turned away when I arrived. The staff may be very friendly and efficient, but I wouldn't know.
I had a great experience today getting new tires installed. I purchased the tires less than a week ago online at tires.costco.com. Once I saw the tires arrived, I called to make an appointment. Even though I arrived a little early to my appointment, the folks here had me in and out in less than an hour. Awesome!
Website lists the tire center is open until 8:30. My family and I showed up at 8:05 after getting a flat tire while on a trip and the technician refused to repair our tire.
We had a flat today and the Costco Tire Center team was so kind, efficient and helpful. This could have been an awful part of our day, but the team quickly turned that around for us. We’re very grateful to them!
The professionalism here is always on point. I needed a flat repaired so I went to this location. The employees assessed my tire and knew exactly where and what needed to be done. It'd only took 30 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me which is crazy fast in my opinion. I was very impressed with the knowledge they had and the speed they performed at.
