This is the best place to have young athletes train. Tony trains his athletes to avoid injuries and build strength. He has a rich history of making teenagers stronger, avoiding the pitfalls that detour success. He matches the training to the sport of the athlete. Tony is also a good character person to help guide your child as he also helps special needs youth to get stronger (he has worked as a volunteer to build strength in special needs youth for over 3 decades). This is the person you want to help your child or teenager to develop strength the right way without fancy gimmicks. Everyone in Rockaway highly respects the Lusardi name.
