I joined Studio M mid December 2019. It has been the absolute best decision ever!! The energy and support received by the incredible women in each class is astounding. Chrissy, the owner is extremely understanding of your needs and man does she execute along with the rest of the amazing trainers (Amy, Lisa and Paula). Each class is different and not only physically challenging but also mentally. Keeping you constantly on your toes. Go ahead and join! You won’t be disappointed.

Studio M is LIFE. Period. The classes are absolutely incredible and the women are motivating and inspirational. Chrissy, Paula and Amy are the most fabulous trainers who not only push you in class, but provide support outside of class to keep you on track to reach your goals.
