I often come in here for a quick sandwich. It always tastes great, good quality bread. The meat is quality also and the sauce is great. Make sure to ask for the spices. They add a real new level of the taste to this great place’s sandwiches.

I purchased my sandwiches on 6/30 via online delivery. I placed the order around 12:30 and was informed that it was out for delivery at 12:48. The food wasn't delivered until after 2:00pm.nnWhen I called the store around 1:30, 45 minutes later, I was told that the driver was 5 minutes away max and that they gave them 6 orders to deliver. I understood this was a busy time so no harm no foul, except when 15 more minutes passed and I called again. They called the driver and said she got caught up at the last house and would be there in less than 5 minutes. This is 1:45ish.... the delivery didn't happen for at least another 15 minutes.nnI like JimmyJohn's food and I generally have a good experience. The store team was courteous on the phone I just wish I could say the same about the driver once they arrived. Such a bad experience.

This Jimmy John's makes good food and has generally average employees but I'm sitting outside right now on 6/1/20 and the employees closing tonight turned the lights off as they saw my car approaching with 7 minutes left until they are scheduled to close.nnThis is straight up disrespectful and while I understand that the employees want to go home as early as possible this can't be tolerated and I just won't come back here again.
