I came on here to let everyone what an amazing personal trainer Arjan is. I can’t thank him enough for the one on one training he did for me to get ready for my wedding he made me put my heart in soul into meeting my goal, he put so much work in my meal plan even tho I have allergies to certain food but he made it work. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a hands on trainer.
