Retro Fitness of Whippany

I absolutely love this retro. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years and I’ve never had an issue, a rude employee, or a bad experience overall. Retro has also shined since covid because they are constantly cleaning, checking temperatures, making sure there are always wipes to clean everything down, and making sure it’s a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. The only complaint I would have just to help new comers is there is no sign outside at the entrance, when I first came here I passed it so many times because you really wouldn’t know there is a gym back there. Other than that... 10/10!

Good luck if you ever try to cancel the membership. Even after following the process outlined by their management team I still continue to get billed.

I love this gym. I started coming to this location full time after the location by my home closed. They keep everything clean, even before covid there was always someone around wiping down machines. I love that there's rarely any machines that are out of service, and if they are they have them back up and functioning much quicker than the location I used to go to (again, a pre-Covid comment as some machines are closed off for social distancing now). The way the gym is laid out there's always room to workout without feeling cramped for space.
