Powerflow Yoga

Such a positive experience going to a Sunday Jivamukti class. I didn’t know what I signed up for but I will tell you that it embodies all the elements of classical yoga that I was longing for... the teacher made the class a learning experience that I had hoped existed...wildly surpassing all the vinyasa flows and providing me with more explanation that I would not be able to connect with otherwise. Bravo!

Amazing place! I love coming in from a stressful day at work and leaving feeling so revived. Allison is an amazing instructor. No matter what level you’re at she makes you feel proud to just show up and try. This place combines all the best things about yoga and I can’t wait to go back.

The Morristown location is very welcoming and relaxing - they make each and every guest feel like they're at home.nnI recently took Allison's class and I really enjoyed it! She is very accommodating - whether you've been practicing for years or this is your first time trying yoga, you will feel comfortable and will want to come back for more. She perfectly marries the importance of physical health and mindfulness with the emotional and mental aspects of yoga without making you feel overwhelmed and rushed. I definitely recommend taking her class!
