I Had the misfortune of dealing with a HEINOUS Representative this is the most grotesque experience I’ve had I simply visited the establishment to have my toddlers passport photo taken and the experience was beyond horrific CVS needs to have this employee undo a training class immediately her very demeanor was deplorable and I refuse to spend my hard earned money here so I took my patronage elsewhere GLADLY. IF ZERO STARS WAS AVAILABLE THAT IS WHAT THIS RATING WOULD BE !!!!!!nnP.S. THE WALGREENS IN THE SAME VICINITY DID AN AWESOME JOB BY PROVIDING ME WITH THE PASSPORT PHOTO I NEEDED AS WERE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Got my vaccine there today. So organized and well run, no line. Staff was friendly. Store was clean. Bathroom was okay.

Hours changed from 24 hours to 7 a.m. to midnight with no notice and no updates online. Drove 20 minutes here at 1 a.m. for medicine for my child only to discover I would have to go 20 minutes in a completely different direction and 40 minutes from my home at this hour on a Sunday night / Monday morning. Posted hours matter! Especially now!

I went to CVS Whippany a few years ago to use the drive thru to pick up a prescription. I had a good experience. I would never shop here, since CVS is overpriced for everything.

I go to this place to get a COVID test. COVID tests are only done at the drive up. That's fine. I go to the drive up and wait for the cars in front of me. Then I get my turn and I am told that only cars are allowed at the drive up. If you do not have a car, you cannot get a COVID test. I am on a bike. Too bad. I guess that this is still the 1970's in NJ because in any other state in the country, this kind of idiotic regulation went away in 1980.
