Came to the pharmacy to pick up an important medication. One of the pharmacists was there and she immediately walked out I told her if she was able to help me with giving a medication as on the app said it was ready to be picked up and she answered in a rude tone saying that they have been closed. Not the first time I have a problem with this pharmacy

Writing a review of the COVID testing here so that people have the info!nnSHOW UP EARLY and read the instructions that CVS sends you beforehand! I arrived 10min early and there were 2 cars ahead of me. Had an 11am appointment and was out of there by 11:18.nnThe woman behind the window was very nice and explained it all to me patiently, as this was my first self-administered COVID test. Bring tissues; this is the kind of test that goes way up your nose!nnThe kit they hand you is easy to understand, and the overall process is well-organized.

Covid vaccine appointment, very fast and organized. Was done with check in and shot in 10 minutes. Timer set for me to wait 15 minutes after the shot to make sure I’m ok and was done.

garbage pharmacy. spent half an hour on hold. use towne pharmacy instead, they deliver for free to all morristown area.

When I went to pick up my inhaler it was a few minutes after 8pm which is closing time and I understand. Two technicians were assisting customers and the pharmacist of whom I did not receive the name of told me they were closed and could absolutely not help me. I stated that it was for a rescue inhaler and the need for the inhaler at that time. Granted, I was lucky that they were still on location but the pharmacist insisted I could not be helped. I then explained the severity of the need for the inhaler and all I needed to do was pay as it was already called in. The pharmacist was extremely rude to me and told me, “ you need to plan ahead better.” Followed by, “if the registers shut off they shut off and there’s nothing we can do.”nMy thoughts were, “Yes, let me hold off and make a more time efficient asthma attack..” I kept my thoughts to myself as the pharmacist disappeared and the tech acknowledged they could help me.nnThis interaction with the pharmacist was extremely unprofessional and down right rude. I would imagine that a pharmacist who fills prescriptions day in and day out would have some sense of understanding for certain prescriptions such as a rescue inhaler and not make an issue of how inconvenient it is that I was asking to pick up my inhaler. I would hate to ever have someone else go into this location with a more severe issue than mine and deal with this pharmacist just a few minutes after closing. If I could leave a rating lower than one star I 100% would.
