My experience at this dealership was very pleasant and continued to be days after my purchase. Wendy Nam was my sales professional, she was very professional and helpful also very patient I highly recommend her. The sales management team was also able to get me a better rate through BMW finance and they even followed up with me to make sure all is well with my car and I was satisfied with my purchase. This purchase was super easy and smooth me and my wife really enjoyed the buying process. Thank you Wendy and thank you to the sales managment team as well.

I picked the car online, stopped in to verify the vehicle, told Daniel where I needed to be (price), we completed all of the loan/documentation process remotely, and I picked up the car which was ready for me spotless.
