I was referred to Janis by my brother, and she certainly delivered on the expectations that I had. It was a very easy car buying process. Once I decided what vehicle I wanted she made sure to get me set up for a test drive and then looked to make sure we could secure the right vehicle with the specs that we requested, negotiated on the price, provided loan terms, etc, and there were no surprises once at the dealer. Was in and out of the dealer in little over 1 hour, has never purchased a vehicle in such a short amount of time. Definitely worth getting her services when in the market for a vehicle.
