Starbucks

Always a line at the drive thru at this location. Understandable with all of the corporate buildings that it is surrounded by and the route 10 traffic. So expect to wait for your typical Starbucks drink that is tasty, but pricey. Also, if I come into the store I will respectfully wear a mask, but its not happening when I am in my car at the drive up that has a barrier and a 6 foot buffer. Just saying.

this place can never get their ish together. they were good for awhile but then they just started changing their hours basically every week. now, they are open 11am-5pm. honestly what is the point of even being open?! you are a coffee shop. what the hell is being open at 11am going to do for those that are on the road early in the morning for work? 2 days ago yours hours were 6am till whenever & then you just change to 11am? if you can’t find employees to work for you, then just say that & close. and then the best is they have no signs except for a small piece of paper taped to the ordering screen & pick-up window. it’s honestly a joke. and forget about their insanely long wait time at the drive through. it’s like they wait for you to pay THEN they make your drink SMH. will never understand

Lisa was beyond helpful today! Finding great customer service in 2020 isn't always easy and I was very impressed. I was in search of a particular cup and she went to the back and found it for me. Drinks were made perfectly according to order. There was a bit of a line, but wouldn't expect any different at Starbucks on a Saturday. Had drinks in well under 5 minutes.

Just ordered a peppermint mocha and I didn't get whipped cream? The picture on the board shows it so naturally you would assume it comes with it. If its not standard you should ask the customer if they want it. Polite service otherwise, just let down about the whipped cream.
