Hi Eugene! If you let your people go and close the store earlier than 5pm on Sunday or any other day then go ahead and change the working hours accordingly, otherwise you confuse people who live nearby and may consider coming even if it's 15 minutes before closure! It has been several times already when I arrived just to kiss the lock of your store! C'mon, it's not an appointment practice or any other professional office when you can just close doors earlier when all of the work is done, you must stick to the schedule!
