My pain is finally gone!nnI have had lower back pain for more than five years. After doing physical therapy with Sara at The R3finery, over the past few months, I finally have relief. After my first yoga class, I had a free consultation, where Sara identified the cause of my lower back pain. My pain relief started after my second session. I now have 90% improvement in my pain and I am now sleeping better and have a much better quality of life. The physical therapy I have received at The R3finery is nothing like I have done before. I cannot recommend the services from Sara and Alix enough. You have made such a difference in my life. I am so happy to live without constant pain. In a time when no one feels safe going anywhere - I LOVE coming to the R3finery! I’m a student of Yoga and Pilates. The instructors are all super knowledgeable and great teachers. The ladies run a safe and clean studio. I always walk away feeling better than I did going in. Quite the gem in Summit!

I've loved Sara's yoga classes at the R3finery. The intimate studio means everyone gets personalized attention from an instructor who's also trained in PT, plus the small class size feels extra safe during these Covid times. A great addition to downtown Summit!

I love it here! I have found a place to help me strengthen my body the right way. I take classes with both Sara (yoga) and Alix (pilates) - their PT background is a huge bonus and ensures I am doing it the right way to avoid injury. I've done a few PT sessions with Alix, which has helped minimize my lower back and neck pain. She also helped my son after elbow surgery, breaking up scar tissue and furthering his recovery where traditional pt stopped working. The R3finery is a warm and friendly place for everyone - both my teen aged kids feel comfortable taking classes here!

As someone who always found group classes intimidating, I have had a great experience here! Alix (Pilates reformer) is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and her commitment to her clients’ wellness will encourage and motivate you. The studio itself is also clean and welcoming, with merchandise on hand when you inevitably forget your grippy socks or just want something new. This female and locally owned studio is a hidden gem.
