I purchased a 2020 XT5 from Darryl recently. I'm 77 years old and all of the new technical features the car is equipped with can be very intimidating to understand. After the purchase was finalized and I drove it to my home, I realized I needed help understanding how to utilize all of the car's functions. I called Darryl and I made an appointment with him to give a hands on tutorial of all of the car's features. Darryl had a complete understanding of of all of the car's technical features and he walked me through every one of them. After my tutorial, Darryl told me to give him a call anytime if I had a problem in the future. That's what great customer service is all about.
