McDonald's

WENT IN ABOUT 3:30PM TODAY ONE PERSON AHEAD WHO RECEIVED HIS FOOD AND LEFT. MANAGER AND EMPLOYEE IN VICINITY OF REGISTER, PATIENTLY WAITED ABOUT 10 MINUTES WHILE SHE DID A MULTITUDE OF THINGS OTHER THAN ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER STANDING IN FRONT OF HER. I CAN UNDERSTAND WAITING ON ANOTHER ORDER BUT SHE EXPECTED ME TO STAND THERE WHILE SHE RESTOCKED THE STORE, THE CASHIER PLAYED WITH ROLLS OF COINS. NO I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU IN THAT PERIOD OF TIME, NADA, TERRIBLE SERVICE TODAY. BUT MONEY SPENDS, SO I WENT TO ANOTHER BUSINESS FOR LUNCH.

I thought I would visit the McDonald’s again to see if they improved, well, they didn’t. I ordered a simple burger and they gave me a different one then I ordered. It also didn’t have any salt or pepper. At least the fries were fine this time.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. From what I understand the longtime owners do not own it anymore. Since then this McDonald’s has been an absolute disgrace. The drive through is always slow. The last 2 times I was there it took FOREVER. It wasn’t even lunch or dinner time. A year or so ago I went and while I was waiting the 2 girls at the pick up window were talking about getting high. I think I’ve been there for the last time.

I do not believe most McDonald's are five star establishments, but I do believe this McDonald's is doing a five star job achieving the promise of what a McDonald's should be. Quick, friendly, and great execution of both food and service.

I prefer this venue very much. It has a different spirit. The cuisine is marvelous. the service is effective and the crew is friendly. The cost is fair. extremely recommend.
