They always have an attitude at this location and my order always has 1 thing wrong
This is hands-down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Their service is always slow, their employees never seem to know what they're doing, and they are always out of something. I have been to this McDonald's plenty because it's the closest one to campus, so believe me when I say that this is a horrible place to eat. Hopefully they get some better management soon and speed things up.
Absolutely packed at drive thru. However, they had a great special. Buy one lg sandwich get another for a dollar. I got Big Mac and Quarter pounder for little more than $5.00. I haven't went to McDonald's for years.
Mice eating trash in the drive thru. I informed staff. They shrugged it off. I've worked in fast food. That is absolutely not acceptable. Pest are to be treated for each month! If a mouse is out eating trash in the middle of the day& right next to ppl. Most likely there's a lot of em & they're used to being around ppl.
Very very awful experience. Meal came to $24 for 3 people, which was great, only they forgot our fries. We proceeded to wait for our mcflurrys and we told them we didn't get any fries. We then waited 20 minutes to be told that they were put in the bag. After showing them that we didnt receive them we waited for another 20 min. I paid for the fries so why would I leave without them?
