Right when you walk into this studio you know it’s the real deal. It’s a gorgeous space with plenty of props and merchandise if you’re into that! I’ve taken Emily’s classes as many different studios and followed her here once she opened her own- her classes are invigorating! Challenging if you want them to be or chill if you want to relax. No judgment, just yoga. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful studio operated by a truly beautiful soul. Lisa has created a lovely sanctuary here, and populated it with skillful, compassionate teachers. Classes are lovingly taught to meet the needs and interests of every student. What an asset to the yoga community!
