I would recommend taking Karen’s Sunday yoga class! It was an overall great experience and I will for sure be coming back as often as possible. Great environment, extremely relaxing, and Karen’s teaching is interactive and fun.

Recommended to come here! Karen is the best instructor. She really guides you through a bunch of soothing and relaxing exercises to make you feel at ease.

Blue Moon Yoga is without a doubt one of the best Yoga Studios in Monmouth County. I had a fantastic 1-hr morning mix class with Liz M., she was one of the friendliest and most helpful instructors I've ever had!!

Amazing studio with a wonderful variety of classes and workshops, very peaceful and community-centered. Definitely check out the free Sunday yoga, it's an amazing public service.
