Purchase is under a Patricia Tomasso. We are on our 4th Mercedes but the first time with Contemporary motors in Little Silver. Going forward they will be the only dealership I will use. I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a oil change at the little silver location. We spoke to the reception by the me of Mizie, my husband asked what would be the price for an oil change and she did not know the price and was rushing us off the phone. My husband advised her to have someone call him back to quote me a price for a basic oil change. A service adviser by the name of Steve called back and had the nerve to quote him $299 for a basic oil change. My husband told Steve that he can cancel his appointment. We have never paid $300.00 for an oil change in my life. Steve then advise it was not $300 it was $299 Steve was in formed additional 4 quarters makes it $300. Really this Steve guy must know math or was playing with my intelligence. I told Steve that the Freehold Mercedes was charging $198. Steve then advise that he was going to speak with his manager to see what he can do with the price. This puts a bad yeast in my mouth this guys seems like he's trying to make extra money for his pockets. Keep in mind my C280 only holds 6 quarts I did not pay that much for my ML500 for an oil change and it holds more.
