I joined CKO over a year ago and it is the best decision I made! I am not someone who loves working out but CKO completely changed my mindset! The gym is clean and well maintained. The instructors and staff are friendly, motivating, and engaging. They greet you by name and really get to know each individual member. Each instructor brings their own style to the classes so you never get bored. The hour flies by as you complete your whole body workout. For added motivation- they have a 100 class, 200 class, and 250 class challenge. If you are looking for a fun workout that truly gets you into shape, look no further!

So much I can say about this gym! Honestly the best gym I have ever been a part of! No matter how many times a week I go, the classes still get harder and the routines constantly change! Every staff member goes out of their way to greet you and get to know you making your experience so personable.

SCAM!!!!!!ni notified Freehold cko place in person on August 24th about my relocation to another state due to health issue. The front desk women said it’s all fine., no problem. 5 days later cko representative calls saying that I need to send certified letter by September 6 (that’s the day they do auto charge) asking to cancel. Another option was to find a relative in NJ who can stop by to fill out another form. At the time of signing that form on September 2nd, Mike said that he is the owner and has to charge another month, regardless of above situation. He said that it doesn’t matter what his staff said or did. He is “the boss” and your medical issues not his problem.
